This internship offers hands-on experience in risk management, compliance, and security governance within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders at Brainboss to help shape our security posture and contribute to real tangible improvements.Key Responsibilities:Conduct gap analyses against ISO 27001 standardsDevelop and document security policies and proceduresParticipate in risk assessments and internal auditsCoordinate training and awareness campaigns across departmentsContribute to the creation of the Statement of Applicability (SoA)Track project milestones and prepare progress reports for stakeholdersResearch best practices and emerging trends in information securitySupport the certification audit preparation, including evidence collection and audit logisticsYou're a perfect fit if you:Are a Bachelor's or Master's student in your final stage of studying in Quality Management, Health Safety & Environment, or a related field.Are fluent in English (C1) and preferably Dutch.Are assertive and have strong communication and analytical skills.Have a strong interest in information security frameworks, especially ISO 27001Have basic knowledge of risk management or compliance (bonus points for any prior ISO experience!)Enjoy working in a team and thrive in a structured project environmentAre a team player and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.Have a proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.Are looking for an opportunity to boost your career.Are social and positive-minded, Self-motivated and organized.What Brainboss offers:Energy.
