In deze rol ben je het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor onze internationale klanten, beheer je orders en zorg je voor een soepel proces van begin tot eind. Ons bedrijf staat bekend om een geweldige samenwerkingscultuur en uitstekende mogelijkheden voor professionele ontwikkeling.Wat je gaat doen:Binnenkomende orders verwerken om te zorgen voor een tijdige en correcte levering aan de klant.Ordergegevens controleren, correct interpreteren, aanvullen en invoeren in het systeem voor verdere verwerking.Alternatieven aanbieden en klanten adviseren over de resultaten van onderzoeken, wanneer orders niet volgens wens kunnen worden verwerkt.Proactief de status van orders bewaken en klanten en collega's informeren over de voortgang.
