- Support the onboarding of new hires, including preparing new employee documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration under supervision.
- Contribute to HR reporting, such as maintaining records of employee attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
- Provide support with training and development programs, scheduling sessions, and coordinating materials.
- Participate in HR projects related to company policies, employee experience, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Previous HR-related internship or coursework is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn.
- English is a must!
