And it is all based on a simple, dynamic licensing model that is not dependent on major capital investment and minimises physical disruption to your existing infrastructure.TasksYour job as an IT support intern involves providing technical help to employees by being the first contact for software, hardware, and network issues.
You will diagnose and resolve technical problems.
You will set up laptops and configure hardware, software, and network components.
You will assist with IT aspects of onboarding new employees and handle technical requirements for those leaving.
You will manage offboarding tasks like equipment return, account deactivation, and secure data deletion.RequirementsYou are a bachelor or masters student in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Must have expertise in services (like nginx), linux, ansible.
Expertise in Mongodb, mysql, Arangodb, Python, nodeJS, javascript, typescript, php, linux, bash, kubernetes preferred.
You describe yourself as positive, proactive, assertive and you are a teamplayer
You have strong organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deliver results
Motivated self-starter taking ownership with ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills in English.
