As an Interim Supply Chain Procurement Specialist, you will manage purchase orders (POs) and stock transfer orders (STOs) for assigned suppliers, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business strategies, inventory targets, and capacity constraints. You'll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and suppliers to maintain a stable and efficient supply chain process.This role requires a strong focus on communication, analysis, and process optimization in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Order Execution
- Issue and maintain timely and accurate Purchase Orders (POs) and Stock Transfer Orders (STOs).
- Track order execution, manage changes, and inform stakeholders of deviations.
- Collaborate with Third-Party Manufacturers (TPMs) and internal manufacturing sites during frozen periods.
- Avoid product back orders and develop mitigation plans if they occur.
- Facilitate communication between departments to meet customer needs.
- Resolve supply issues in collaboration with Brand Planners.
- Measure supplier performance and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Validate goods in transit and receipts from suppliers.
- Analyze and input data for the Monthly Inventory Report (MIR).
- Manage slow-moving or obsolete inventory and prevent write-offs.
- Proactively work with customers and suppliers to optimize stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with local and global quality, financial, and regulatory procedures.
- Maintain purchasing-related data in SAP ECC/APO.
- Lead and participate in assigned projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and analyze KPI reports, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and follow up.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supply chain role (demand/supply/production planning), preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working cross-functionally in an international environment.
- Proficient analytical skills for capacity planning, KPI analysis, and decision-making.
- Solid understanding of S&OP, MRP, and MPS planning systems.
- Experience with SAP ECC/APO preferred.
