- Build a solid understanding of Cordstrap’s products and solutions so you can identify customer challenges and spot opportunities. You don’t need to have all the answers—but you know how to get them by involving the right experts.
- Translate our regional growth strategy into a tactical sales approach for your customer portfolio—focusing on both upselling to existing clients and cross-selling other relevant solutions.
- Develop and execute structured account plans tailored to each customer, ensuring consistent and results-driven follow-up.
- Identify high-potential opportunities with both new and existing customers, and drive deals to closure with professionalism and efficiency.
- Use tools like CRM and Power BI to analyze data, prioritize tasks, and track customer activity proactively.
- Work in tandem with Account Managers across Europe, and collaborate closely with teams in Marketing, Customer Service, Planning, Finance, and Operations to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Contribute to the wider European sales strategy by sharing insights and feedback from your markets
- Proficient in German, Czech, Slovak, and English (spoken and written) – essential for this role;
- Strong sales experience , ideally in an Inside Sales or B2B environment ;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills – you know how to set priorities and stick to them;
- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to spot and act on sales opportunities;
- Confident and effective communication skills – both on the phone and via email or video;
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing international team;
- Technical curiosity – product knowledge will be taught, but an interest in learning about technical solutions is important.
