- Gaining a solid understanding of our products so you can identify customer needs and opportunities. You won’t need to have all the answers yourself, but you’ll know when to bring in internal experts.
- Translating our market growth plans into a clear strategy for your portfolio – this includes expanding existing customer relationships and recommending complementary solutions.
- Developing tailored account plans and following up in a structured and proactive way to deliver results.
- Identifying and qualifying commercial opportunities with both existing and potential customers, and closing deals efficiently.
- Using tools like CRM and Power BI to analyze customer data, prioritize activities, and proactively manage interactions.
- Collaborating closely with Account Managers on specific accounts and working across different European Sales Units.
- Working as part of international, cross-functional teams alongside colleagues in Marketing, Customer Service, Planning, Finance, and Operations to serve and retain our customers in the best possible way.
- Speak and write fluent German and English ;
- Have strong sales experience , preferably in an Inside Sales environment;
- Demonstrate excellent time management and know how to set the right priorities;
- Understand customer needs and know how to respond to commercial opportunities;
- Have strong communication skills and are confident in engaging with customers;
- Are eager to learn and motivated to grow;
- Have an interest in technical products – no need to be an expert (training is provided), but willingness to learn is key;
- Ideally bring experience in a B2B commercial setting.
