In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering best-in-class mobility services, ensuring compliance, and enabling talent movement across borders.
You'll be the go-to expert for all things mobility-offering strategic advice, managing complex cases, and driving continuous improvement in our mobility processes.Your job in a paragraphAs the International Mobility Senior Manager for the Netherlands, you will lead the strategic delivery of our mobility program, ensuring seamless execution and full compliance with Dutch immigration and tax regulations. You'll manage a high-performing local team and oversee all mobility processes, acting as the key link between global policy and local implementation. Sitting within the Global Center of Expertise, you'll drive the adoption of international mobility strategies that enable talent deployment, support business growth, and uphold regulatory standards. Your leadership will be instrumental in resolving complex mobility challenges, advising senior stakeholders, and shaping the future of cross-border talent movement within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Netherlands International Mobility team and oversee all local mobility services.
- Ensure full compliance with Dutch immigration, mobility, and tax regulations for both inbound and outbound cases.
- Provide expert guidance across the full assignment lifecycle, from planning to repatriation.
- Develop and implement mobility policies aligned with business needs and bid activity.
- Resolve complex mobility challenges with practical, scalable solutions.
- Deliver strategic mobility projects in line with Group strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and internal clients on all mobility matters.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, including offshore colleagues, with a focus on career growth and operational excellence.
- Maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring accountability and service quality.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
