More Driven.About the RoleAs an EHS & Quality Assurance Manager at Goodyear, you will play a key role in leading and executing Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS) and Quality strategies within our manufacturing facility. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will oversee the implementation of corporate and local initiatives to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and quality standards.You will not manage a direct team but will act as a key business partner, coordinating closely with internal stakeholders and regional experts to drive continuous improvement. The role is on-site and requires a hands-on, proactive mindset. You will also contribute to cost optimization efforts and help foster a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.To Join Our Team, You Will NeedAn engineering background and a Bachelor's degree in environmental/safety, mechanical, or technical engineering
