Our headquarters in Arnhem, Netherlands, is in a region known for its food research and development expertise.Your Responsibilities:Strategic HR PolicyDevelop, formulate, and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that strengthen the organization.Design and execute strategic workforce planning aligned with business needs and vacancy targets.Performance ManagementMonitor key HR metrics, including absenteeism and employee engagement.Collaborate with managers to implement improvements that drive employee performance and satisfaction.Advice and ComplianceProvide guidance to management and directors on employment conditions, labor laws, and employee relationsEnsure compliance with HR policies, local labor regulations, and best practices.Health and SafetyOversee health and safety procedures to ensure compliance with standards.Foster a safe and supportive working environment.People Operations & Employee RelationsManage people operations, ensuring HR processes align with company goals.Handle complex employee relations issues with professionalism and fairness.Support recruitment efforts and contribute to talent acquisition strategies.Your qualificationsA higher professional or university degree in HRM, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a comparable field.Minimum 4 years of experience in a strategic HR function, including management experience.Strong experience in a startup or scale-up environment, having built HR frameworks from the ground up and managed company growth.Deep knowledge of employment law, HR strategies, and organizational development.Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and systems.Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.What we offerIndustry-leading, attractive compensation package with a competitive salaryA rewarding and enjoyable experience where you grow professionally.Modern office with an open desk structureA fully equipped on-site gym with changing facilities for colleagues.The pension plan includes a 50% employer contribution.25 vacation days (plus Dutch Bank holidays).The possibility to purchase 10 extra days on an annual basis.One work-from-home day per week8% holiday allowanceA diverse and international teamFree onsite parkingTravel allowanceAre you ready to grow with us?
