This is a temporary contract role ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a hands-on attitude who can quickly integrate into a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Execute in-season product allocations and replenishment to ensure optimal stock levels across stores.Adjust inventory based on real-time sales data and performance trends.Maintain accuracy in the allocation system (Aptos), ensuring timely updates and adjustments.Analyze store performance and inventory levels to highlight potential risks and identify sales opportunities.Provide ad hoc reporting to assist in decision-making and allocation strategies.Track inventory orders and store capacity, partnering with Retail Operations to optimize order distribution.Collaborate closely with Planning, Buying, and Merchandising teams to align with broader business strategies.Manage allocation planning for seasonal product launches, promotional events, markdown periods, and new store openings or relocations.Requirements:A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or a related discipline.1.5 to 3+ years of experience in retail allocation or planning.Strong numerical and analytical abilities, with advanced Excel skills.Experience with allocation systems (Aptos experience is a plus).High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and clear communication abilities.Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.What's in it for you?Competitive annual salary between €40,000 - €42,000Opportunity to work with a globally admired brand in the fashion/retail industryHybrid working modelExposure to cross-functional teams and high-impact retail projectsPossibility of contract extension based on performanceThe salary or salary range indicated is dependent on the amount of experience and relevant skills you can offer specific to this role.
