- Solving mechanical, electromechanical and any control malfunctions.
- Act as a supervisor for the team, make technical decisions and first point of contact for the customer and global service desk for al operational and technical issues during the shift.
- Lead functionally and train the employee assigned to your shift.
- Attend shift handovers to other shift(s) and customer, single point of contact for the customer during escalations.
- Initiate and implement improvements to the technical development for the team, system and processes.
- Follow-up the escalation models/procedures in case Management involvement is needed.
- Coordinate all activities during the shift to ensure the (on time)completion of all corrective and preventative maintenance tasks as planned by the Maintenance coordinator and unplanned operational activities .
- Keeping track of CMMS DOS Maximo
- Supervising the reporting in Dos-Maximo performed by the team members, and update the administration if needed to ensure correct completion before the end of the shift.
- Act as major contributor to process and system improvements to improve service levels, methodologies and system processes.
- Minimum technical MBO 4 completed or comparable work experience in the technical sector.
- At least 3 years of experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance work in the field.
- Experience in finding and solving system errors and an affinity with controls.
- Good command of the English and/or Dutch language.
- Enthusiasm for training and guiding colleagues.
- An enthusiastic, proactive attitude and flexibility.
- Willingness to follow courses and training.
