We'recurrently seeking a motivated Reservations Agent to join our team and help us reach newheights.As a Reservations Agent, you (together with your team) will be responsible for 11 hotelsacross Amsterdam, Berlin, Barcelona, and Prague.What You'll Do● Handle and confirm individual, group, and third party reservations with accuracy● Process cancellation and modification requests● Respond to emails and phone calls with professionalism● Maximise sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction● Coordinate with the Front Office to ensure a seamless guest experience● Monitor availability, flag duplicates or errors, and manage special requests and VIPnotes● Stay organised by managing daily reports, tasks, and files● Support your team and the Front Office, stepping in when neededWhat You Bring● You are fluent in English and German● Minimum of 1 year experience in Reservations or Front Office (hotel PMS knowledgeis a plus)● Strong written and verbal communication skills● Excellent attention to detail● A can-do attitude and strong multitasking abilities
