Project Manager Real Estate - Zwaagdijk-OostAre you ready for a strategic role where you contribute to Action's continued international growth through impactful real estate projects? As a Project Manager based at our international headquarters in Zwaagdijk-Oost, you'll be working on large-scale projects while improving systems, processes, and cross-departmental collaboration. Together with a team of specialists, you'll ensure successful project execution-on time, within budget, and in line with scope.What will you do?
  • Lead strategic, cross-border real estate projects
  • Create detailed project plans, budgets, and reports
  • Manage project teams and coordinate with stakeholders across countries
  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
  • Ensure a smooth handover to the business (business as usual)
  • Evaluate completed projects and share lessons learned for future improvements
A day in your life at ActionYour day starts with a progress meeting with colleagues in Germany. You then work on a stakeholder analysis for a new building management systems to be implemented in our stores. In the afternoon, you align with the IT department on system requirements, and you end the day with a project team evaluation meeting. Who are you?You are a results-driven project manager with experience in leading complex, international projects. You communicate with ease across various levels and know how to guide your team toward success with clarity and energy.
  • University degree (WO)
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Proven track record in managing strategic initiatives
  • Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
