From tackling global creative challenges to championing sustainability, our work needs to matter and positively impact our clients, consumers, communities, and the climate.RoleWork closely with the Client Partnerships team to oversee production for agency clients.Participate in client meetings to gather briefs for upcoming projects and contribute production-oriented ideas.Plan project schedules, locations, crews, and teams for successful project delivery.Coordinate with creatives, editors, directors, camera operators, lighting technicians, producers, and other production team members to execute projects.Manage production jobs from start to finish, including planning, writing, editing, producing, and distributing content.Set and manage production budgets, ensuring that costs and revenues are current, aligned with the business plan and target marginsKeep all stakeholders informed about the delivery of video, media, and digital campaigns.Identify and address issues proactively.Assume responsibility for larger campaigns and budgets.RequirementsExceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple projects, maintain high standards, and handle project administration and billing.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration between creative and development teams while balancing priorities.Creativity to bring innovative, platform-savvy ideas to social projects, pushing boundaries and embracing new concepts.Proficiency in stakeholder management, simplifying technical jargon for non-digital stakeholders to ensure understanding.Experience in budget management, providing cost estimates, and managing large budgets while effectively delegating tasks.Resource management skills to identify, appoint, and brief the right resources for incoming projects.Ability to manage third-party partnerships, collaborating with or outsourcing work as needed.Strong multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks and remain calm while managing multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders.Perks4 Day work week20 Day holiday allowanceHybrid workingWorkplace pension scheme after 6 monthsEmployee referral bonusNew business introduction commissionHealth & wellbeing allowance incl. on-site gym
