Location: AmsterdamA new high-end Mediterranean restaurant is opening soon in Amsterdam inspired by the energy of Barcelona, with a focus on fresh seafood, premium meats, and bold sharing plates.Were looking for an experienced Head Chef to join the project now. - Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef background in high-end, lifestyle restaurants
- Expertise with seafood and Mediterranean/Spanish/French cuisine
- Experience running large, fast-paced kitchens (160+ covers) with busy bar service
- Hands-on leadership style and a passion for mentoring
- Full work rights in the Netherlands and be located in Amsterdam
