- Master's degree in Operations Management, Operations Research, or Supply Chain, or 4 years of relevant experience.
- Self-starter, solution-driven, and passionate about problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of analytical and statistical forecasting techniques.
- Strong numerical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence diverse stakeholders, drive action and decisions, and leverage E2E business perspective and strategic thinking.
- Experience engaging and communicating across different organizational levels, including presenting complex analysis to a senior audience.
- Strong computer and data analytics skills, including advanced Excel and experience with seeking information across multiple sources and tools.
- Desired skills include experience with think-cell, TM1, Cognos BI/Planning Analytics, SAP, Tableau development, statistical programming (Python or R), and basic knowledge of database or programming languages (SQL or VBA).
- Lead the operating model that sustains a healthy weeks of supply metric for Nike's E2E inventory in EMEA, supporting revenue goals and retail sales plans.
- Lead the process of forecasting and reporting on Nike's inventory position for your product portfolio, using your business insights to identify and present risks and opportunities, driving the actions needed to achieve and maintain the healthy invent
- Work with our marketplace and consumer teams to ensure the actions needed to achieve and maintain inventory health are completed on time.
- Analyze and understand Nike's current and future inventory and marketplace data to create business cases that model the inventory impact of Nike's short-mid and long-term strategies.
