- Perform & maintain agency sales' segmentation
- Follow up of sales' performance & ensures accuracy of compensation
- Supports target setting and ensures quality of targets from lines
- Create supporting tools for sales
- Create reports and perform quality checks in CRM powered by Salesforce
- Analyze Market identification from CRM
- Collection of market data/intelligence (benchmark), coordinating customer surveys, product campaigns
- Develop marketing communications and sales support material (Sales tool kit)
- Ensures pillars of Business Value and Sales Processes are followed by Sales Teams
- Involved in all new projects/processes (like AQUA / NOVA)
- Cooperation in process improvement with other departments (Finance/CS/ILS/etc)
- Local charges and Local revenue follow-up
- Involvement in other projects / market opportunities
- Fluent in English, Dutch and French is a preference
- High degree of decision quality and problem solving skills
- Customer focused and result driven
- Good communication skills (oral & written)
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
