Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionCome join us as a Product Manager Clinical Chemistry & Digital Workflow Laboratory Portfolio (navify®)Internally Product & Solutions PartnerWhat is the job about?The purpose of the product manager (internally called customer product & solutions partner) for our selected clinical chemistry laboratory portfolios, including a dedicated focus on navify, is to bring the value of a growing portfolio to our current and future customers. We have multiple portfolios under clinical chemistry laboratory portfolio (immunochemistry, clinical chemistry, coagulation, urinalysis, workflow and IT etc.) and a select part of the portfolio will be assigned to you. You will help to position Roche as partner of choice in your assigned portfolio and thought leader as a diagnostics company.This all with a strong ambition to become more effective in our core business, deliver comprehensive (digital workflow & IT) solutions, medical value and excel in a valuable customer experience.Your responsibilities include:Strong collaboration and partnership with sales teams on customer facing presentations, demos and strategic discussions and help win tendersManage “on market’’ product lines for assigned portfolio and develop business area mastery to include understanding of market segments, business model, analysis of key metrics that define success, forecasting sales and product, share performance, trends, competition, customer critical success factors and needs through interaction with customers for integration with programs.Responsible for developing business and marketing plans for assigned areas, market positioning, sales plans, and implementation strategies. Participates in and evaluates market research and analysis, promotions, and advertising associated with assigned segments, brands or products; assesses their success against the company OKRs (Objectives & Key Results)Be involved in translating global strategy into local marketing programs or translating local marketing programs into segment specific initiatives.Develop and execute strategy and tactics, with alignment to strategic plan to accomplish business objectives (OKRs)Work with cross-functional teams to articulate the value our portfolio brings to customers and actively manage and develop strategic initiatives around the life cycle of certain product lines.Who are you?You are someone who shapes your own development.
