- Develop annual salary program, including budget development and calculations.
- Develop and maintain variable pay programs.
- Conduct external total rewards benchmarking studies and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Pay Transparency and other legislative requirements.
- Conduct analysis to ensure the attractiveness and sustainability of Total Rewards programs.
- Conduct analysis to ensure internal equity is maintained.
- Develop and maintain attractive Benefits and HR Policies
- Deep knowledge and experience in the area of Compensation benchmarking and design
- Good knowledge and experience of Benefits and HR Policy management
- Good understanding of job evaluation methodology
- Good understanding of Total Rewards requirements and employment legislation in The Netherlands, UK and France is required, Italy and Malaysia is preferable
- Experience in Total Rewards design with an employee life-cycle lens and multi-generation workforce
- Up to date on the latest trends in Total Rewards
- Understanding of labor costs calculations, budgeting and projections
- Bachelor degree in relevant field required
- Certifications related to Total Rewards preferable
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with relevant tools
- Excellent consultancy skills towards management and employees
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Collaborative and co-creation approach
- Result oriented, with an eye for detail
