Over de functieAs Truck Driver at DHL eCommerce, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily logistics operations. You'll be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of goods, primarily to business customers, loading and unloading with an EPT. Your base is Zwolle.
In this position of Truck Driver CE at DHL, you'll work alternating afternoon-evening and night shifts, working the same shift throughout the week.
Full-time availability (Monday through Friday) is preferred. Prefer to work four days a week? That is possible in the afternoon-evening shift.What you'll be doing as a Truck Driver at DHL eCommerce:
📍 Daily, you'll visit 10 to 15 addresses during the afternoon/evening shift, primarily for business clients. You'll also collect shipments from customers. During the night shift, you'll primarily will be transporting goods between the various DHL eCommerce depots.
🚚 You will load and unload your truck with an EPT.
🗺️ You'll have the freedom to choose your own route, taking into account any time slots.
🗓️ You'll work afternoon/evening and night shifts (the schedule will be determined in consultation).Working hours:
🕑 Afternoon and evening shifts start around 2:00 PM and end around midnight.

  • You'll start with a temporary contract from Easy Way Transport. If you perform well, you'll eventually be offered a permanent position by DHL eCommerce.
  • Gross salary between €2700,- and €3200,- per month based on full-time employment (amount depends on experience).
  • Surcharges of 25% from 8:00 PM and 30% from midnight.
  • Travel allowance of €0,23 per kilometer (from 5 km one way).
  • 32- to 40-hour workweek.
  • Extensive onboarding program supervised by a mentor.
  • 8.33% holiday allowance, accrual of leave hours, and pension benefits.
  • Code 95 refresher training arranged bij Easy Way Transport.
Functie-eisenWe are looking for a reliable and collaborative CE driver. You also meet the following requirements:
  • You hold a valid CE driving license with Code 95.
  • You hold a valid tachograph card.
  • You speak fluent English or Dutch.
  • You have a presentable appearance and are customer-oriented.
  • You are willing to work both afternoon and evening shifts and night shifts.
  • You are able to obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
  • You live within a 40 km radius of Zwolle.
