At GEA, we’re looking for Team Lead Technical Service Support, ready for a dynamic and varied role!Responsibilities / TasksAs a Team Lead Technical Service Support you will be the link between the internal and external customer during daily operations at location TCPC Grasso Den Bosch. Your mission? Ensure & secure customer satisfaction & perform at the best for clients in the industrial sectors.Your Responsibilities:Technical support – coordinate daily back-office operations to ensure customer satisfaction.Communicator representing our production to internal and external customers.Handling warranty cases, operational and delegated commercial.Training & development – Coordination of GEA staff and customers trainings.Support the recourse planner to ensure operational effectiveness of our Field Specialists.KPI’s reporting using ERP system SAP.Collaborate with other factory departments in Den Bosch & TSS in Berlin to ensure quality items are addressed correctly and follow up.Your Profile / QualificationsHBO education level in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.5+ years of experience in industrial refrigeration. Heat pump experience is a plus.Inspiring natural driven leader with hands on mentality.A strong customer-focused approach – you see solutions, not problems.Skilled in problem analysis and troubleshooting.Excellent communication skills – you collaborate with colleagues and customers.Language skills: Fluent in Dutch and English (oral & written) German, Spanish is a plus.Flexible with travel – occasional travel required, but no long-term assignments.Our offer:A challenging job in an international environment.Competitive salary and 8% holiday payment.27 vacation days and 13 ADV days based on full-time employment.Travel allowance.Participation pension fund (PME).Possibility of collective health insurance.What happens once your application is submitted?You will receive an email when your application has been processed.One of our Talent Acquisition Partners will review and verify if the application meets the qualifications of the role.If your application has been successfully verified, you will be invited to a first interview either virtually or face-to-face.Usually after the second/third interview round we will make a decision.
