Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Provide complex administrative assistance to the team and assist in the general operation to maintain quality and effectiveness
  • Support with review and processing of global sponsorship contracts and agreements
  • Maintain records and files as required
  • Assist the team with project budgets, keeping track of all Finances
  • Having an understanding of procurement and contracts would be an advantage, dealing with relevant suppliers and internal systems to process
  • Undertake event planning activities, booking venues, developing merchandise, etc.
  • Support in developing meeting packs and presentations
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Supervisor or Senior Team member
Candidate Profile for Business Assistant
  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience in Administration or other support functions, preferably in a communication, PR environment
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong time management, organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Someone who will take initiative, is accountable and has a sense of urgency
