As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you “Dare to Grow” with us?YOUR ROLEAs Team Coordinator Packing, you coordinate the work in the warehouse. You are clearly visible on the work floor, strong in your shoes and have a 'hands on' mentality. In addition, you identify problems and keep an overview. You are familiar with logistics processes, so you are immediately up and running in your new position. You work in 2 shifts, report to the Teamleader of the process you are working on and work from our bol. location on the Veerweg.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • You coordinate, guide, motivate and enthuse your team of Operators and Flex workers;
  • You identify and solve problems in the workplace;
  • You also make preparations for an efficient execution of the work within your sub-process;
  • You inform and, in consultation with your Team Leader, you pick up process improvements;
  • You report the progress of the work to your Team Leader.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • You have demonstrable work experience in a logistics working environment;
  • Decisiveness, orderliness and understanding are keywords that apply to you;
  • You master the English language verbally and in writing.
  • Because public transport opportunities are limited to and from our warehouse, having you own transportation is mandatory;
  • You are available full time and (in time) willing to work in shifts.

  • You will receive a monthly salary between € 2.479,29 and €3.346,43 and 8% vacation allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level);
  • You will start with a one-year contract and then get the prospect of permanent employment;
  • Everyone gets 25 vacation days, with the possibility of earning four additional days if you are not sick;
  • We have an advantageous pension plan, travel reimbursement and discounts on various insurances;
