- Book high-quality meetings with Inside Sales & AEs
- Keep CRM records clean, accurate, and up to date
- Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality
- Apply qualification frameworks like BANT or CHAMP
- Follow structured workflows to stay efficient and focused
- Hit (and beat) targets for speed-to-contact and conversion
- Take part in coaching, onboarding, and skill-building sessions
- Are motivated to launch (or grow) your career in B2B sales
- Communicate clearly and listen actively
- Stay organized and care about getting the details right
- Are comfortable with tools like CRMs (don’t worry — we train)
- Speak Dutch, French, Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian fluently (plus English)
- Are open to relocating to Utrecht (we’ll support your move)
