- Supporting the development, maintenance, and optimization of key Activation tools, processes, and reporting dashboards.
- Conducting data analysis and drawing actionable insights to improve in-store and in-market execution performance.
- Assisting in the preparation of training materials, toolkits, and playbooks for GTM activation strategies.
- Helping drive benchmarking activities and sharing best practices across different markets.
- Supporting the team in project management activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met with quality and efficiency.
- Collaborating with global and zone stakeholders to track performance, report progress, and help drive improvements.
- Providing day-to-day operational support to the Global Go-To-Market team, which may include scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics for events or trainings, supporting onboarding processes, handling basic administrative tasks, and helping organize team moments.
- You are enrolled at a European university during at least 50% of the duration of the internship.
- You are nearing the end of your bachelor’s degree or pursuing your master’s degree.
- Strong analytical skills and interest in data-driven environments (Excel and/or Power BI experience is a plus).
- Solid communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Analytical mindset: Comfortable working with data, identifying trends, and transforming insights into clear recommendations.
- Structured & Organized: Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Adaptable & Agile: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and able to adjust priorities when needed.
- Problem-Solver: Proactive mindset, with the ability to think critically and propose solutions.
- Communication skills: Able to work and communicate effectively with different stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Ownership: Demonstrates accountability, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility over their work.

- Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days)
