What You Will Do
The People Insights Partner acts as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders, utilizing data-driven insights to inform critical decisions. This role merges HR expertise with analytical skills to tackle workforce challenges and create actionable recommendations.How you will do itServe as an analytics partner to business leadersUnderstand business context, challenges, and objectivesIdentify opportunities for people analytics to drive impactParticipate in leadership discussions with real-time insightsChallenge assumptions with data-driven perspectivesFormulate hypotheses and recommend analytical approachesCreate an analytics agenda aligned with business prioritiesEducate leaders on workforce metrics and analytical methodsConduct complex ad-hoc analyses using HR and business dataBuild real-time visualizations to answer emerging questionsApply statistical methods to validate hypotheses and identify patternsCombine multiple data sources for comprehensive workforce viewsUtilize tools like Power BI and Tableau for on-the-fly analysisTranslate findings into business-friendly narratives and recommendationsDesign approaches for recurring business questionsCollaborate with technical teams on dashboard and report requirementsWhat We Look ForBachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, I/O Psychology, Economics, or related fieldExperience in people or workforce analyticsProficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)Strong statistical analysis skills for HR dataAbility to influence senior leaders with insightsExcellent consulting and project management skillsProficiency in analyzing data from multiple sourcesExperience with statistical programming languages (R, Python) and HR systems (Workday)Track record as a trusted advisor on people matters and demonstrated impact through analytical contributions.#LI-CR1#Hybrid
