- Be – with respect to the business process support group – the main contact person from Poultry Sales & Services Excellence towards other organizational entities and ensure proper alignment with other parts of the organization
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the team, fostering a culture of learning, safety, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Model and inspire others to live the JBT Marel leadership values
- At least 5 years’ experience in an international Business to Business environment, preferably with a Sales and Service background, plus 2-5 years managerial experience
- MSc / BSc degree, preferably (technical) business administration
- Knowledge of tools and methodology for process management, service design and project management.
- Strong data, process, analytical and problem solving skills
- Customer focus, continuous improvement, and quality of work mindset
- Knowledge and understanding of global IT landscapes of companies like ERP, MRP, CRM, PLM, master data management, service, sales and supply chain management
- Process thinking and change management skills
- Proactive mindset in participating in and proposing process improvements and initiatives
- Strong team player that can work independently, structured and can set and follow goals / milestones
- Naturally outgoing individual with a profound ability to interact with cross-functional teams and different cultures
- Strong communications and stakeholder management skills driven by both direct and indirect leadership skills, across multiple levels within organization
- Excellent English, both written and verbal
