
Junior Site Acquisition Engineer – Graduate Program

- Lead and manage communications with landlords and property owners regarding new and existing site agreements.
- Handle relationship management, contract management, and re-negotiation of contractual terms for expansions or extensions.
- Identify and report risks and challenges that may arise during the pre-rollout or implementation phases.
- Actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the issue management framework and acquisition processes.
- Coordinate the full administration of the acquisition process in the designated systems, up to final approvals.
- Monitor and report on site deployment progress, specifically regarding:
- Site acquisition status
- Landlord engagement and contract negotiations
- Obstacles or delays that could impact roll-out timelines
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate, Contract Management, Project Management, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in telecom, real estate, or infrastructure deployment.
- Proven negotiation skills and commercial acumen, especially in contract-related discussions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and legal teams.
- Project management capabilities including accurate documentation, process tracking, and adherence to internal SOPs.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset, but also able to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, able to clearly communicate with landlords and internal stakeholders.
