- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Following up on complaints and thinking along with solutions
- Accurately registering conversations and actions in the system
- Identifying customer needs and responding proactively
- Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve service

- A salary starting at €17.04 per hour (approx. €3,000 per month full-time)
- A temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment

- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably through multiple channels and in a high-volume environment

- Availability to work on-site in the city center of Rotterdam
