In this role of Customer Service Agent Transport you are the vital link between our customers and operations.   • A full-time position for 40 hours
  • Salary between €2.535,- and €3070,- gross per month based on 40 hours (growth potential up to €3.680 depending on experience)
  • Working hours between 06.00h – 23.00h – once a quarter on the weekends). In addition, you will receive a shift allowance of 130% after 18:00h

Your roleAs a Customer Service Agent at DHL Supply Chain, you are the main point of contact for customers(b2b) and carriers. You coordinate shipments, resolve issues, and provide logistics solutions that meet both customer needs and organizational goals. In this dynamic environment, you need to switch quickly between tasks, maintain an overview, and analyze and solve complex logistical challenges.
  • Coordinate with carriers: confirm shipments, delivery times, and resolve issues.
  • Plan and schedule outbound truck arrivals.
  • Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth execution.
  • Prepare and distribute shipping documents (CMR, etc.) to relevant parties.
  • Analyze and solve complex logistical challenges while managing multiple priorities and urgent tasks.
Your profileYou’re sharp, service-minded, and a fast switcher. You keep an overview and have an eye for detail – making you a reliable partner for both customers and colleagues.
  • You have a strong interest in logistics – relevant experience is a plus
  • You’re proficient in MS Office (WMS/TMS is a bonus)
  • You work accurately and set the right priorities
  • You communicate clearly in both Dutch and English
