You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders at Brainboss to help elevate our operational excellence and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate training sessions and workshops for ISO awareness across departmentsWork closely with various departments to ensure QMS implementation and complianceSupport the certification audit preparation, including evidence collection and audit logisticsConduct gap analyses against ISO 9001 standards and propose improvementsDocument and optimise business processesHelp develop and refine quality policies, procedures, and manualsParticipate in internal audits and corrective action planningContribute to stakeholder workshops and training sessionsTrack project milestones and prepare reports for leadershipResearch industry best practices and propose improvement ideasYou're a perfect fit if you:Are a Bachelor's or Master's student in your final stage of studying in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Are fluent in English (C1) and preferably Dutch.Are familiar with ISO 9001 and quality systems (prior coursework or projects is a plus)Enjoy working in a structured, process-driven environmentHave basic knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies (a plus!)Have a keen interest in quality management systems and ISOAre assertive and have strong communication and analytical skills.Are highly organized and detail-oriented.Are a team player and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.Have a proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.Are looking for an opportunity to boost your career.Are social and positive-minded, Self-motivated and organized.What Brainboss offers:Energy.
