- Bridging the gap between customer service supervisor and your team of 18 colleagues;
- Navigating deviations, supporting escalations, and planning preparations;
- Keeping a close eye on team and operational performance. Quick action if deviations arise;
- Efficiently liaising with customers, finding solutions for escalations alongside your team.
- MBO work/ thinklevel;
- Some experience in a similar position, as a customer contact representative, customer service representative, or similar and you feel right at home in the transport and logistics industry;
- Excellent talking and writing skills of the English language;
- Knowledge of warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, and value-added logistics;
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with a warehouse management system;
- Leadership skills, prioritization, risk assessment, and strong communication;
- Avaible for 40 hours a week.
